Return and refund policy
We commit that the product is 100% identical to the information provided on the Website. In case the customer finds that the product does not match the information we provided when receiving the goods, please contact us to give the reason and return the product.
In case we check and confirm and agree with the customer's point of view, we will re-import the goods and refund 100% of the amount the customer paid as well as bear all shipping costs. Customers will not have to pay any costs.

DELIVERY POLICY
01. For orders with payment upon receipt (COD). After successfully placing an order, the order will be confirmed via Zalo message before being sent.
02. Time to package & ship goods to customers is 1-3 working days from when the order is successfully confirmed. For customers in districts, islands, and remote areas, delivery time can be from 4-5 working days.
03. Orders that have not been successfully confirmed for more than 10 days (pending status) will be automatically canceled by the system.
